All of our jewelry and products are handmade. They might have minor flaws or imperfections, but this gives them character! We will not ship out anything that has major flaws. We do our best to give you the best product we can and we are constantly growing in our craft!

Polymer clay is very durable and extremely lightweight and can even bend, but it is not recommended that you bend them! Returns for damaged earrings will be done only on case by case basis. Please email us for further info on damaged earrings!

Orders will be shipped withing 5-7 business days after payment is received. Custom orders require a little more time, so they will be shipped in about 7-10 business days.
